we used Judi when we bought the house at 1550 Stonehedge two and a half years ago. So, we were already familiar with her abilities.
Judi did an excellent job positioning our house to sell. We positioned our house on the the very high end of the market, so it took longer to sell as we expected.
Judi stuck to the pricing, and we turned down several " low ball" offers and stuck to our plan.
In the end, we ended up getting the price in our target area. It was top dollar per square foot in our market. We are very pleased with the price Judi got for us.
Judi is a true professional and always had our best interest in mind as we worked to sell our property.
