We were very impressed with how professional, knowledgeable and devoted Becky was in finding a home that would be a good match for us!

She always went above and beyond her call of duty. She was warm and helpful and treated us like a family member. Even though we were relocated from a different state, she always made us feel at home.

She was definitely the best and most exceptional realtor we've ever had!

Becky handled our home search for our relocation. Not being from the area Becky was fantastic. We wanted to look at a lot of areas and a lot of homes. Over many days she guided us and helped us witj our selection of great home. She was a great communicator and was very knowledgeable about the areas, schools and options to look at. Becky was not only a great realtor but we consider a friend. Even after the sale was complete she has helped us and supported us we move from our old home to our new home. I could not recommend anyone else.

Becky was prepared with a very thorough packet of information related to our specific home and the surrounding area. She made us feel like we were interviewing her, rather than the other way around. She ensured us that she would respect our decisions while being very honest about suggestions that could help with the sale. We appreciated all of this. We never expected to sell so quickly. And despite us being caught off-guard and somewhat ill-prepared to move out within ~6 weeks of listing the house, Becky helped make sure that everything went smoothly. We were especially grateful to her for finding that our entire silverware drawer had somehow been overlooked by the movers. She made sure we got it. A great experience from start to finish!

I have used Becky when I purchased my house as well as when I sold my house. She did a wonderful job not only when she found my house as well as when I sold it. She was very professional as well as being easy to access. She was very knowledgeable as well as staying on top of things. I highly recommend her.

First-Time Buyer
Becky Hathcock wasy realtor for my first home buying experience.
I contacted her after driving by one of her listings and asked if she could show me that property as well as others in the area that fit my budget.
She not only showed me at least 10 properties, but she got me in touch with a very helpful mortgage broker who she highly recommended.
Becky was always willing to answer any questions I had quickly and efficiently... And with this being my first experience with a realtor, I had A LOT of questions.
She was patient with me and explained the home buying process in a way that I could understand it. She is honest and forthcoming and really has her clients' best interests in mind.
She is quick with paperwork and is always available to answer questions or discuss details.
I highly recommend Becky. She truly helped me during this new and exciting experience.

Becky was an excellent real estate agent for me. She went above and beyond to show me several houses to fit the description of homes I was looking for. She made my transition into my new Home flawlessly. I have recommended her to other people as well and they have received the same service that I received. Becky made the home selling and buying process very easy. She was agent for both the selling of our previous house as well as the purchase of our new house. She was able to ensure that we would not have two mortgages as well as not be without a house. She arranged both closings in one afternoon and was there for the entire process. She professionally managed the process, often in dealing with difficult demands from the purchaser of our previous house, and she ensured that our demands were met in our new home. I would and have recommended her to our friends and family.

Becky was so patient with us! It literally took us years to find the right home. She never gave up or got frustrated if we decided we needed to wait longer. She found us the perfect home! She knew exactly what we wanted and needed and found it. The home even has updates that we weren't looking for because we didn't think we could afford them, but she found one in our price range and moved quickly to make it ours! Mrs. Becky Hathcock is the best realtor I have worked with in my 23 years of buying and selling homes. First, of all she has a wonderful personality and returns your telephone calls promptly. She is trustworthy and goes the extra miles to help you with buying and selling a house . I have had the great privilege of working with her in buying a home and selling a home.
With buying my home in Madison, Mississippi in the wonderful community of Reunion, she gave up some of her commission because the seller was not being cooperate with some items. She gather all the information, I needed for Reunion and kept me abreast twice a week on the progress of the purchasing.
With selling my home she worked diligently to get it on the front page cover of the number one realtor magazine .
She is excellent and gets an A plus in my book
