Cindy is da Bomb!!!! She was a very good advisor, very prompt communicator, and a strong advocate on my behalf with the Builder and Mortgage company. She held the Builder accountable to the contract on details, I didn't know to ask for new construction. She kept me abreast of the mortgage application process every step of the way, better than the Mortgage Company. She was meticulous with every single detail including things like the home owners associations policies and reputable vendors for services like blinds, mailbox, and utilities. My job involves hiring reputable vendors for services, and Cindy's work ethic and attention to detail has raised my standards of expectations. I would never even consider using anyone else.

Being a young first time home buyer, I had zero idea how to start buying a house. In the past two years I've attempted to contact real estate agents to help me get the ball rolling, but I've had them hear my price range and tell me they can't find anything for me in that range, or they'll send me one massive lists of home in my desired area and never contact me again. Especially when I needed to know what to do next (it was overwhelming to me!). I generally felt like I was a bother to them. I found Cindy through a friend's recommendation, and told her I wanted a home and had no idea what to do next. She guided me each step of the way, put me in contact with the right people, sent me a list of homes that fit my requirements and price range, took me to see the homes (then took me and my husband to see the homes I liked), and answered every question along the way. The whole process was relatively smooth and timely, and I got a new home within two months of calling her! My husband and I have a beautiful home (that we both liked!) in the city we wanted, in the school district we wanted, and it was less than we expected. Cindy is nice, knowledgeable, and always easy to reach with questions or concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth and friendly real estate experience!

My husband and I got our house ready to be put on the market and started looking at houses to buy before we listed. One of the houses we looked at was FSBO and he referred us to a realtor to sell our house. I called her and she was too busy and said she could meet with me in a week. I called a friend who referred me to Cindy Smith. She came that SAME afternoon to look at our house to put it on the market. We told her we were very eager to sell quickly. A sign was put in our yard that day, pictures the next day to put on her website and started showing that day. Cindy sold our house within the next 2 weeks. She handled everything for us....ordering all of the necessary items for the closing. Cindy listed, sold and closed on our house within the month. During this time, she diligently showed us many many houses as a prospective buyer. She was so helpful.
