"Dan Hoffman was absolutely over the top great to deal with through the entire process. He helped navigate us to the areas that were right for our present situation and screened off a lot of houses that were not right for our needs. He was very attentive to our needs in getting an offer submitted and accepted and stayed very close to our purchase through the inspections and closing. He was quick to recommend professionals for services in our area and they proved to be both capable and reliable. Dan was outstanding in helping us, from finding the house to getting settled. This is our 8th relocation and Dan is the Best agent we have had.

Dan Hoffman represented ourselves and the seller in this transaction. It seems that he was very helpful for the family that we purchased the home from as there were a few issues that needed to be resolved prior to closing. it also bears mention that Dan was always in touch with us through the process with regular follow-up on issues by text, phone and email. Dan was the perfect realtor!!! He knew the area so well and I felt confident he was going to ensure that I was in a great neighborhood. The properties he showed me met my needs and I was able to visit the Memphis area for the first time ever and buy a home in 3 days. I look forward to working with Dan again and have already recommended him to others who are relocating to the area.

Dan knows the memphis and surounding area very well ! Dan knows where to look and get you houses that you would want to see. Dan was a good comunicator and was good at getting back to me if I had to leave a message !!

I thought Dan did a great job in helping me find a condo I really like. He had a good list of properties for me to work through which helped me get a good idea what I really wanted. Honestly I happened across the property I ended up buying on my own but his help in closing the deal was great. He has plenty of experience and good advice. The title company he steered me to also worked out really well due to some issues with the wire transfer from my bank. They were flexible to let me sign the day before the wire was complete to help with some of my travel plans. I would use him as my broker again.

Dan did an awesome job from start to finish on our home purchase and helped us navigate through the whole process. My wife an I value the relationship we have with Dan and could not have made a better choice in selecting an agent. Dan worked with various builders and contractors throughout the process and kept us up to date. My wife and I always felt we had Dan as an advocate on our behalf and we were able to quickly move past any wrinkles or delays and close on time (and quick too!).

My husband and I felt that Dan Hoffman was a great agent. He listened to our wants and needs and only showed us homes within those parameters so we weren't wasting time carting our kids around looking at homes that we would not have had interest in. He respected our price range and was a great help throughout the homebuying process.

Dan Hoffman routinely provided both my wife and myself with a consistently outstanding level of performance regarding our efforts to secure housing here in Brighton, TN. He always executed administrative tasks (phone/internet comm, document submissions and filings, property evals, etc.) on our behalf in a timely, comprehensive, and professional manner. His level of going the extra distance for us was clearly demonstrated, for example, when we were not able to accurately determine the precise location of the septic tank access point. Dan traveled to the property, personally liaised with the on-scene septic tank service personnel, and proved to be a substantial positive asset to the initiative (the tank access point was found). With no reservations whatsoever, I strongly recommend Dan to anyone seeking housing in his area of operations. Most certainly, you will not find any real estate personnel of a higher caliber, both personal and professional, than Dan Hoffman.

My daughter and son-n-law had a home in Olive Branch MS that they had been trying to rent out because they were relocated to Texas. After several bad experiences they contacted me (Mom please help!) in North Carolina and asked for my assistance in trying to sell the home. I was given several names of realtors and contacted them, Dan Hoffman was the first person to call me back but also seemed to be the most knowledgeable. After explaining what I was doing and the parties all being in different states Dan said no problem he/we could work around all of that. He met me at the property and made some recommendations to help the "sellability" factor, all of which we did and then set up a very professional looking listing.
THE HOME SOLD TO THE FIRST COUPLE THAT SAW IT AT THE PRICE WE NEEDED!
Dan's suggestions and knowledge were the tipping factor and allowed us to be able to sell this home quickly and with no addtional travel required by any of the parties to close.
