Dimona has managed our home for the past three years. Living in Ohio and having a rental property in Mississippi seemed so daunting at first but it quickly became apparent that we, and our home, were in VERY capable hands. She has handled all of the challenges presented to her with ease and professionalism. She’s responsive when called upon, knowledgeable in all the areas we are not, and diligent in ensuring our house stayed rented until we were ready to list it for sale. Dimona is talented technologically and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly list our home.
A master with the contract negotiations, Dimona came up with a deal that was good for us and made all parties happy as well. Throughout this home selling process she managed to sell our home for an excellent price, especially in the current market situation. We found Dimona to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were her only customers, although we know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Dimona was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in our home to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm.

If you're looking for an agent who will really go to bat for you, choose Dimona Wilson. She has helped me purchase three properties so far, and this was no easy trick, because I live nearly 2,000 miles away from those houses. That means she has to go to check them out for me, take photographs, email all the paperwork and take care of the closing. Only an agent who is really on top of things can do all that, and help you win a bid on a property when you are far away. Ms. Wilson also does an excellent job managing my properties for me; I never have to worry. If anything goes wrong or needs repairs, she's right on top of it. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't have been able to invest in these properties at all. It's only because she went out of her way to help me that it worked out.
