Recently, as the result of a change in employment, I moved from Colorado Springs, CO to Madison, MS. Time was not a luxury we had relative to finding a home and relocating. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with Jennifer Dougherty as we began our search for the perfect family home. Jennifer seemed to sense exactly what we were looking for. Not only did she have homes lined up for us to view in a single day, she had the perfect home right there waiting for us. Jennifer and I spoke on a Saturday (April 24, 2015), she changed her personal plans, jumped through hoops to line up homes for us to walk through, and had this all complete by the morning of April 25th. We looked at 4 homes on Sunday, April 25th. By Monday, April 26th, Jennifer met with us write an offer. By Wednesday, April 29th, we had a contract on a home, the perfect home for our family.
I have worked with quite a few realtors over the course of the past 25 years. Jennifer is in a whole different category than those that I have worked with before. Jennifer was on top of every detail. She understood and reacted to the time pressures we were working under and made sure that our goals and objectives were met. I can't say enough great things about her work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and abiltiy to make things happen.

Ms Dougherty is not only very knowledgable in her profession but also looks out for her client's best interest. I has no idea what I was doing when buying my first home. She walked me through every possible step, answered any question I had day or night, and i truly felt she had my best interest in mind. She really listened to me when i told her what type of home I had in mind and really went out of her way to find the one best suited for my family. She was very professional, efficient, and wonderful to interact with. I always felt like I was her number one priority even though she has many other clients.
