My relationship started several years back when Joe Richardson was recommended to me by a banker. So I called Joe and immediately this gentleman began the work to finding me a home. While I already had a home I was interested he asked if I knew if they had foundation issues? I said, "No" he then said, I will find out because that area tends to be a area prone for foundation issues. Sure enough Joe was correct! As we continued the search we looked at many other homes and no doubt Mr. Richardson was set on finding me a home. While he gets paid to do this please understand I was single at the time and not one of these individuals looking for a two hundred thousand dollar home. I was a customer who Joe was just set on finding a home.
Several years have now passed now and Joe not only found me a home some years back but has now sold that home. In his efforts and looking at the comps of homes basically proved to the other realtor and homeowner they wanted too much for the home at the start and got them down $15,000 plus making additional repairs. I sold the home three years later using Joe and the home brought top dollar! In fact, we raised the comps in the neighborhood for my area to a price higher than they have ever been. While I made several repairs and various updates and believe the home was worth our price. Joe delivered and sold my home after being listed for a less than two weeks on the market. Joe Richardson is an absolutely wonderful realtor. He is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. I know selling a house can be a pain, but Joe worked extra hard to make sure we got through the process as easily/quickly as possible! The thing that stood out to me is that Joe is an honest man who has his customers' best interest at heart. While sifting through all the paperwork the seller is required to sign at closing, Joe noticed his percentage was higher than we agreed on. He took care of it immediately and ended up saving us over $2000.00. Honestly, my husband nor I would have noticed the mistake if he wouldn't have pointed it out. Very honest man.

On making a personal recommendation, I generally am one that doesn't like to make them. However, this isn't the case by any means. In fact, I wholeheartedly would like to endorse Joe Richardson to you! The reasons are countless and in trusting him it will not only pay for itself but more so offer you a peace of mind.
On beginning the process it be noted that while Joe is concerned about finding you a home. It's more evident that he is concerned your not going to pay too much for your home by running area comp's that are similiar to that selected home. Secondly, he is looking for problems with the home in the manner that they need to be fixed at the owners expense. On getting to know him I found that formally he was a builder that added much value to his real estate ability's. When you've had years of experience building homes for a living; it only gives you insight into what someone else has built. After all, he doesen't wanna help you buy someone elses problem. A simple example, was on me having selected a home and calling Joe for my first time and discussing the home. His first concern was finding if the home had ever had any foundation concerns? Offcourse, I didn't know but sure enough the house had foundation repairs and I was thorougly educated about foundation concerns in the Rankin, Madision and outerlying areas.
Additionally, I must add that after I narrowed the decision down on selecting the home. Joe's a individual that kept me informed. Rather, Joe was working from home by calling me at night with permission or early in the am, Joe was sending pertinent emails and working during normal folks off hours. Most importanly, while he was carrying these actions he was using contacts that tended to help lower my closing cost at the end. Please realize this isn't your average Joe but it's Joe Richardson who without a doubt is working for YOU!
