She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to when telling her what we were looking for she never gave up even though we were a bit picky as to what we were looking for. Joyce is a fantastic realtor has a lot of patience and is very knowledgeable of the areas that I was interested in looking for my home. She was quick to tell me if a home was priced to high or if the neighborhood would not work for me because of the distance from my work. She was not just trying to sell me a house but trying to help me find a home that was convenient as well as the home of my dreams. She wanted to make sure that I would have everything that I needed and in an area that would make my life better. I own 5 acres out in Oakland and had know idea how to sell it tried to do it myself for awhile then someone recommended Joyce to me and I thought why not and she took it on and what do you know she was able to get a couple of offers in know time I did not take them cause I felt they were to low but she has been great I took them off of the market cause I wanted to wait another year but as soon as I am ready she is the agent for me she is great at her job and so easy to talk to and deal with. Mrs. Bernardini was a great help when I wanted to put my home on the market I had never sold any real estate before so I was not sure how it worked or how difficult the process was but she was there every step of the way and she helped me so much and was able to sell my home for the price that I needed, she is now helping me search for my dream home I told her it may takes us a while cause I am going to be very selective but she says it takes how ever long it takes and she will be with me every step of the way.

I called my mom and asked if she knew any real estate agents that she trusted as our family was growing and we needed more room. Mom gave me Joyce's name. I called Joyce and she emailed me on a daily basis homes that she thought suitable for my growing family.

In the meantime, my husband's company down-sized, and we had to put our home finding
on hold.

Joyce will be the first person I call when we can once again begin shopping for a home.
