After talking with another realtor that seemed completely disinterested in helping me and my wife, Linda Henderson was recommended to us. Linda Henderson sold an out of state rental property for us. We got a quick offer and a quick closing based on her knowledgeable pricing strategy. Just before closing, we were dealing with a family emergency. Linda tracked all the details and consistently contacted us personally because she knew our attention was on other things. The out of state closing went smoothly and we received our sales proceeds timely.

During our listing discussions, Linda made sure she knew what WE wanted so she could handle all the details toward that end. She made sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision that was in our best interests.
