"I would highly recommend Lisa an agent for the sale of your property. From the beginning, Lisa found my comfort zone and was extremely helpful throughout my process. After we met she gave me a "long" list of things that needed to be done on my house to get it ready for sale. When I told her that I did not believe that EVERYTHING needed to be done, she smiled and said, "John, it has to be done, whether you like it or not." She smiled but quickly let me know that she was serious. Even though she had to seemingly drag me kicking and screaming to a positive result, she remained positive and she got me there. Many times I wanted to give up because I was in another state and could not handle things first hand, Lisa always had a positive word and a positive attitude that got me to the desired result. So many times, Lisa would take charge by finding contractors, cleaning crews, and many other things that I needed because I was unavailable. Lisa is a "take charge" kind of agent and I would HIGHLY recommend her for the sale of your property. If I ever buy or sell another property the only agent that I would get is Lisa.

Lisa Hughes is knowledgeable, professional, and is a person that you can trust. She has great communication skills and keeps you informed. Not only will Lisa Hughes call you via phone, she will text, or email you and let you know that progress or stumbling blocks that are being encountered and how to counteract those pitfalls. She KNOWS her business and is someone that you want on your team.

I believe from my experience that "I" was put first and my NEEDS were at the forefront of this transaction from the beginning handshake until the final hug at closing. I HIGHLY recommend Lisa Hughes.
