I liked her urgency to call back, when others did not when we were initially searching for an agent. We knew that her perseverance would be beneficial. We actually had to do the majority of our house hunting online because of the distance we were moving from, and Mandy made this very easy and not stressful. I think she is great at what she does and I would use her all over again. She is very good with communication, even handling business after hours and via text very frequently. When it came down to the home inspections and paperwork, she is very efficient and does it correctly. Overall we are very satisfied.

Mandy was excellent. I really cannot say enough about her. Kyle and I contacted her a few months before the date we were to come house hunting from another state. She helped us set up a MLS site just for us where we could save "Favorite" houses or reject houses altogether based on our criteria. She was in contact with us several times before we came to town, and never seemed annoyed by our questions.

She was very patient with us despite our self title as "professional home buyers" as we have bought 10 homes in 17 years. She was kind and courteous to our 3 kids who joined us once we narrowed the list to the three top houses.

The offer/negotiating process was by far the quickest and easiest that we have ever experienced, this was largely due to Mandy's experience and knowledge. She also handled everything from the inspections which was extremely helpful as we were still out-of-state.

Kyle and I hope that we will not have to move again, but If we do, we will certainly use Mandy again. I would and WILL highly recommend Mandy to everyone.

Mandy is great! She helped me sell two homes over the last year. She is very professional and made sure all the details were handled properly. I was out of state for both sales and she handled the closing and final contract obligations. Mandy Gardner is the only realtor I would ever consider using in the Jackson metro area. She has helped my husband and I find two houses, and each time we have been blown away by her ability to find exactly what we were looking for in an impressively short amount of time. She made our house hunts easy because she intuitively understood what we were seeking and therefore didn't waste our time looking at homes we had no interest in. Her knowledge of the housing market allowed us to make wise decisions that resulted in sound housing investments. Also, her knowledge of house construction saved us many times from buying homes that would have demanded unwanted repairs. (Mandy also has a designer's eye so she can easily offer great advice for making small changes that can make a huge difference in a home.) She is honest, hard-working.and a pleasure to be around. She's everything you could want in an excellent realtor.

Moving out of state and not being able to always be around was very stressful, but Mandy keep me constantly up to date on my listing and the contract as things progressed toward closing. In recent months I had the pleasure of receiving the service of Mandy Gardner in my search for a home in the Madison, MS area. I was very satisfied with the work Mrs. Gardner did in her research into the type and location of the home that I was seeking. The promptness in which she carried out her work was greatly appreciated. She noted the specifics that I was concerned about in a new home and sought possible homes with this in mind. When a home was found she continued to work with me in preparation for the purchase. And note as well that after the purchase of the home she "followed up on her sell" with phone and email contact to make sure my needs had been met.
I had expressed personal concerns (my wife is in a local nursing home) in a location that would allow me the safest and most direct route to the nursing home. Mrs. Gardner's search centered around this concern.
I would highly recommend Mrs. Gardner in assisting with the purchase (or sell) of a home.

Mandy is a wonderful realtor! She has given us good advice, and with her help we were able to sell our house in the range we were hoping for. The estimates of sellers costs, realtor fees, and our final amount were right on. We had A LOT of people looking at our house (at least one each week, and quite often two or three); I attribute this to her excellent network and marketing skills. She can get your house sold!

We have also been using Mandy to help us find our next home. We are not typical clients, and what we are looking for is quite rare, but Mandy has been patient with us and has done a wonderful job of understanding us and our priorities. While we haven't found our next property yet, she has given us many to look at, and she also helped us to find the perfect rental in the mean-time. I have nothing but great things to say about Mandy Gardner!
