Most realtors help you find and buy a house. Mary Elrod did that and more. We were moving from another state so Mary would pick us up at the hotel to look for houses and drop us off at the airport. She showed us the area while showing us the houses we wanted to see. We were very picky about our potential home but Mary did her best in finding homes to show us that would fit our needs. When the perfect house was found and it was time to deal with the lender, Mary went beyond her job to help us. Since we were still out of town she met with the home inspector and made sure she represented our best interests. Mary also pulled out all the punches in getting our closing when we needed it. After we closed on the house and were still out of town, Mary checked on our new home. She got our mail, met with the plumber and made us feel that our home was safe while we were away.
