Michele Johnson was absolutely wonderful in handling the sale of my Parent's house in Crossgates. I walked into her office after 16:00 one afternoon to see about listing their home. Even though it was late Michele dorve out to the house and worked up an agreement to sell that afternoon. This was very helpful since I live over an hour away. She was very helpful and knowledgeabe in assisting me to set a reasonable asking price for the home. The bigger feat Michele worked was she brought me a buyer and we had a contract on the House in TWO DAYS.
Michele was very astute in reseaching the local Comps and advising me on sales in the local area during negotiations. The agreed sales price was within $3000.00 of the actual appraised value. Michele kept me informed during the process and helped us work out the issues of an estate sale. The actual closing was in less than 30 days.
I really appreciate Michele's professionalism and attention to personal issues in selling my Parent's home. She made a difficult and emotional task less onerous than it could have been.
