Pat Jones went way above and way beyond the normal sales agent in the listing and sale of our house. Pat was not the first agent to list our home and after two and one-half years on the market she was able to create the sale. We were in the depressed market conditions in our area but this did not cause a problem for Pat. She always remained positive and helped maintain that feeling with my wife and I. On one occasion we were within one week of closing and found that the potential buyer's loan had been refused at the last minute. There were tears shed by all at that point.
