Tammy was able to negotiate a higher price per square foot than had previously been achieved in the neighborhood by marketing the many improvements that had been performed on the property. And she went to bat with the appraiser who wasn't initially able to see the property's true value. Impressive!

Our relocation was difficult to say the least as we were not only moving from Florida but had lived the last 6 years in England, and were still there. She met our demanding time needs, communicated openly and accurately, and supported us through the entire process. She knows everyone and everywhere in Madison and should run for Mayor. Best damn real estate agent we have ever come across.

Tammy was very knowledgeable about the area. She helped us get the property that we wanted at the right price. She went above and beyond getting the smallest of details taken care of as the time we were available to be in area prior to closing was very minimal.

Tammy Nutt was outgoing, friendly and committed to getting us the home that we wanted at the price that we deserved. She was there at every step of the way to get our utilities turned on and work through any issues as soon as they came up.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful Tammy is! We requested her as our agent based on a recommendation by a co-worker. She is so knowledgeable and skilled at what she does! Tammy truly loves what she does and we know she cared about us through the entire process. Tammy would help us to understand requirements for Realty in Mississippi and many times helped us not to head off in the wrong direction. She made herself available 24/7 and 7 days per week. She always returned calls and texts without fail. Tammy would gladly go out of her way to assist us with appointments and ensure we touched every requirement. Any recommendations she had for mortgage companies, house inspectors, engineers, etc. were very professional and reasonable. We had no doubt that if Tammy recommended them, they were great. My wife, daughter and I are relocating from New Hampshire to Mississippi due to a job reassignment for my wife. The process of relocation can be very stressful at the best of times especially if you are unfamiliar with the new area. Tammy made this process far better than we could have ever imagined it would be. She went far beyond what would normally be provided by a good Realtor. Tammy provided our family with a lot of information not only about the market but also the history, the travel routes from the properties we looked at and Theresa's work site, area culture, recreation, churches, schools and shopping choices.
