In less than 1 1/2 months our lives changed completely. Upon a job offer late June we started the change from Philadelphia, PA to Madison, MS. With little or no quality rentals available we decided to buy. Terri Posey was highly recommended to us. Upon the very first day Terri made us feel as our needs were her highest priority. Terri was always available via phone, text or email even when we were in PA. Terri paid attention to every detail of what we were looking and not looking for in a home. On the last of three trips to MS from PA Terri had a selection of homes for us to walk through and within 3 hours we had decided upon what was going to be our future home in Madison, MS. Terri Posey embodies what we would say is the perfect Realtor, pays attention to the wants and needs of her client, respectful of the budget, great communication and a vast well of knowledge about the area. We will definitely be recommending Terri to any friends, family and associates in need of a realtor in the Madison and surrounding area.

Our family had a lot of requirements on our must have list. Terri provided an easy to use website for us to look at and categorize our choices. We looked at many houses and Terri was very patient with us. Terri always returned calls, emails and text messages. She answered all our questions and gathered all the information we needed in order to make the sensible and right choice for our family. I would highly recommend Terri and will be contacting her again in the future, if we should need to move.

We met Terri in February of 2015 when she assisted my daughter in locating a home following a transfer to the Madison Ms. area. We Were so impressed with the effort Terry put forward in helping us find a home, and after 2 full days, we found the perfect home. My daughter, Suzanne, moved in in March, and Terri kept in touch both with her and us. We lost our daughter in november of 2015, and contacted Terri to help us with the sale of the home. She not only listed the home, she visited us several times to help us through a very difficult time. As we live in Florida, we did not know to contact. Terri took over and lined up the funeral home, an estate lawyer, and many other services we needed. She also attended our daughter's services, and was extremely supportive. She continuously kept us up to date as to the progress of the sales process, and spent many hours of her time to check on the house and insure that everything was OK while we were at home. The house sold, and Terri handled the closing for us and did a great job. There is no way we could have got through that terrible time with out Terri's help. Terry has become more than an agent for us, she is a great friend. I would recommend her anytime.

Simply stated - a TRUE expert in her field. I was a corporate relocation sell, and Terri's knowledge of the common market as well as relocations made it all the easier. Terri even assisted with document control for my northern purchase, something she did not need to do. I listed my house in Madison on a Monday and sold on Thursday. If you are in search of a dedicated agent, look no further. Terri has all the tools and works to make it SIMPLE for you to carry on with your day to day while she handles the behind the scenes workload. I would absolutely recommend Terri to anyone that has real estate needs.

Terri helped us price our home such to maximize our return while closing on the sale in less than 3 months. We had an offer on the house in just a matter of weeks. During the negotiations she was incredibly helpful in connecting us with high quality contractors and repairmen that could quickly give us estimates on the repairs requested by the buyers.
