Tanya Robinson has been an Arizona resident since 2000. Tanya grew up in Southern California and began her career in escrow in 1992, while attending college. In 1994, Tanya moved to Northern California, where she continued her career in residential retail transactions, until she moved to Arizona. Upon her relocation to Arizona, Tanya was hired to assist in setting up centralizing escrow services for a national builder. She was later hired to work for another national home builder where she went on to become the Branch Manager for their builder services and later as a Leveraged Service Manager for the southwest region, covering 5 states. She started working for Chicago Title in 2011 and over the years has acquired extensive experience in residential resale, short sale, bank-owned, relocation and builder transactions. Her dedication to exceptional customer service, professionalism and great communication helped build a million-dollar branch.
Tanya loves spending quality time with her son and daughter and close friends. She never passes up a great cup of coffee, has a love for cooking/baking, and aspires to travel to new destinations overseas. In her off time, Tanya enjoys most outdoors activities, which includes paddleboarding, hiking and an occasional camping trip.

I've worked with Chicago for over 30+ years in my sales and development capacity. When you have title issues they should be taken care of immediately not at the last minute. Excuses don't cut it. When we are to close on a set day, and we don't because the recorder was swamped, is no excuse. Remember that title is a 3rd impartial party and they work for the buyer and seller, not themselves.
