Dawn started her career in Arizona in 1992. She started as a Receptionist and worked her way up knowing she would one day be in Escrow. She has been with the Fidelity family since 1997.
Dawn has vast knowledge in all aspects of your escrow transactions from Lender, Broker, Investor, Residential Resale, Short Sale, and REO. She is a member of the Arizona Escrow Association and is CEPD Certified. In her downtime.
Dawn enjoys spending time with her family, her grandchildren Crash and Blythe. She loves going to the Dunes in the winter, hiking and the spending time at the many beautiful lakes Arizona has to offer in the summer.

Everything said about Dawn is true, and she is knowledgeable and caring; professional yet communicative. She is always on top of things and steps ahead of everyone else. I have purchased and relinquished dozens of residential and commercial properties on the West Coast in the last 30 years, and this one was very unique and personal. We did a 1031 exchange from an out of state rental into a replacement property in Scottsdale through a family trust. On top of that, our sellers are Canadian nationals living in separate cities.
