Lynn Dimas not only professional, she love what she is doing, follow through every step of the way and communicate with all the parties.
The transaction we have is rather challenging, besides the normal lender, buyer/seller, we the short sale, Bank, and Bankruptcy Trustee and City to work with.

I have been with Fran's operation for almost 8 years.
She is very supportive and takes care of our needs whenever we ask for help.
Yet she will let me know when my request is not workable and discuss with me on options.
She always make sure that I leave the meeting understanding her decision.
Fran is so agressive and pationate about what she is doing.
She always inspires me to be the best and excel.
Whenever I come across obsticles or feeling discouraged all I need to remind myself is not to disappoint Fran.

I had not meet Lynn prior to our recent escrow. Since the Selling Agent (buyers) choose the title company , and I had the listing in Alameda, I went were I was told.
Lynn accommodated the Sellers' needs by signing one of them in person (with me), and getting a traveling notary to the other, out of town.
I found her to be willing to answer questions. She was professional and efficient! And she has a nice personality!

I have worked for Chicago Title Company for 12 years now and Fran is a wonderful County Manager. Fran is incredible with numbers and has enabled our division of Alameda and Contra Costa Counties to work through a very tough market, which started in 2008. I could see the positive differences about Chicago Title the moment I met Fran! I could tell that she genuinley cares about her employees, her deeds and her actions show this over and over again.
Aside from working with Fran some other amazing things here that set Chicago Title apart from the rest as a place to work are; support and embrace of technology.
The support we are shown is strong and through! I love EPU! EPU is a dept that handles many of our daily tasks for us. They work thru the night and when we come in the following morning our closings are completed and ready for us to send to our clients! Wow what a wonderful impression for our clients and support for her staff!
Technology is second to none here and so important! We work on a paperless system that allows us to scan and save things at a moments notice! It allows for expedient turn times on client requests. It is AMAZING!
