Laura and DeeDee are my go to escrow team! When I got into real estate, my broker had me used her escrow officer and I wasn't really happy with that business relationship. She was slow to reply, and never available for my random questions. As such, I asked my coordinator if she knew of any great escrow officers that others use, and she recommended Laura Higgins.
