Shay and her team did amazing working with me on my last transaction. They did great with keeping up with the extensions and working with lending to getting loan docs and making sure they were all correct in a very last minute time crunch And they were able to get my clients in on very short notice for signing. I believe if it wasn't for Shay and her team my clients wouldn't have closed in the time they did! They worked really hard and did a great job on a complicated and time crunch of a transaction.

We received an offer on a Monday which also happened to be a holiday and the buyer requested a closing date for Friday of that same week. Shay was out of the office but her team handled it like the pros they are. They got it done first thing Friday morning and didn't even break a sweat. Having a background in title/escrow, I know firsthand how stressful it can be to get files closed that quickly. They were amazing as usual and I highly recommend Shay and her team.
