Tami started her title and escrow career back in 1988 working at Thurston County Title in Lacey, WA as a typist preparing Preliminary Title Commitments. She moved onward and upward from there becoming an Escrow Assistant to three Escrow Closers until 1992. This is when she moved to Bellingham, WA and began her illustrious career as an Escrow Closer with Chicago Title and never looked back.
Being a self-proclaimed “Detail Freak”, she is well suited to Escrow where attention to detail is imperative. This attention to detail is one of her greatest strengths. This along with an ability to communicate to her clients in a way that they understand garners trust and comfort in the closing process. She also loves seeing the excitement of buyers across the table from her when they are signing documents for the purchase of their new home. This is matched only by the enjoyment of the conversations she has with sellers that are just as excited to starting their new adventures upon selling their home.
Outside of work Tami is an avid fitness enthusiast. When she’s not in a spin class at Ride Culture or working out at Barre 3, she’s out walking her two French Bulldogs. She is always on the move. When she does take a moment to relax it is spent with friends and family and good glass of wine.
