I know that people use the term "above and beyond" when they describe excellent service, but what does that really mean? I can tell you without a doubt that Michelle Boudreau went "beyond infinity--to the moon and back" for me on this transaction. She took an incredible amount of time with my clients--reviewing information in detail--coming back to the office not once but twice on the weekend to facilitate my signing. She always stays focused on the things that matter to me and to my client--at the same time making sure all paperwork is in perfect order. Appreciate very much you sending me the survey monkey and obviously all of the questions are answered with an AFFIRMATIVE ENTHUSIASTIC YES!!! But the survey monkey doesn't really capture what it has been like for me working with Chicago Title and Michele and her (my) team. This was a very difficult transaction. Every day there was "one more thing" that added to the stress and difficulty. And each time--everyone at CTT just stayed the course with me. They stayed "detailed--thorough and positive". Always being able to share their humaness with me. In fact this past week--when we were days from closing--and it still seemed like we were miles from the finish line, and I was on my one and only 4 day vacation this year Michele said to me, "Kathy--don't worry--you've done all you can. Enjoy your time--what will be will be and we are here!" No truer words were ever spoken. It was her kindness that brought me through.
