I was in need of help regarding documentation on a previous home I owned. I searched for a Chicago title officer via google and low and behold, Juan’s name appeared. I called and he answered the phone on the second ring. I had zero insight on what I needed and how to get it. Within the first few seconds, Juan’s response was insightful, professional but genuine. He showed an actual concern for my predicament and I can’t say that many would lend an ear the way he did. Within the hour, I had all the documents he could possibly provide with further contact info to get the rest. Who actually cares about people ? Some do, but Juan does for sure.
