I started internally learning about the business from the inside-out. I began assisting with marketing, building property profiles, and viewing chains of title. Next I moved to an executive assistant role, then quickly worked my way to sales. This path taught me how to get things done in the title business.
Now I am part of one of our strongest sales teams with Anthony Santillo and his daughter Breanna Santillo-Reaume. The company and our team have built an outstanding reputation. We value this greatly and work seamlessly as a team to protect it. This can give you the confidence to know we provide the highest level of service because we know how important it is to you.
Having a background in hospitality, customer service is of the upmost importance to me. In fact, I can say customer service is a big part of my identity. Prior to this job I was a concierge for Caruso Affiliated (at the Americana at Brand) where standards are very high. There I learned all about providing the absolute best customer service. My greatest strength for my clients is my prompt response. I reply ASAP to meet any of your title and sales service needs.
