I have done many escrows with Leilani, and every escrow I have done with her has been a fantastic experience. She is very efficient and gets the job done. There have been some difficult transactions with title issues that needed to be resolved and she was always been able to pinpoint the issue and get the situation handled. Clients appreciate her straightforward and knowledgeable responses to their questions and have been very complimentary on their experiences with Leilani, her assistant Dawn and Chicago Title in general.

She was at her desk at a very early hour (well before 8:00 a.m.) with papers for me to drive up to Los Gatos. It all worked out thanks to her diligence and care.
