Debra Bell with Chicago Title is on it. Transactions close and problems are addressed early on. Early on. I used other offices and did not have the same experience that is why I would highly recommend Chicago Titles Services.

You may be familiar with Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. A great duo, you say? Well, I present to you Deb Bell and Haley Koch, the Swift/Kelce of escrows. You may often see Haley in the luxury box cheering on Deb as she finalizes a settlement sheet for a buyer. Deb looks up to the box, winks at her mom with a look that says, ?ya, I know we?re the best escrow pair to exist.? There are times when Haley is busy with expertly scheduling a signing with a client on the phone?. At the exact moment that she deftly hands Petunia a ball to prance across the office to engage Deb in a playful game of escrow fetch. The point is that there is nothing this duo can?t do- and everyone knows it?. Including the paparazzi, that still can?t keep them from closing files like complete lady-bosses. Thanks friends!

Karen Lindsey and Debra Bell were amazing. I had a previous Title company drop the ball and my seller wanted a new Title Company. I reached out to Debra Bell and she grab the ball and ran with it! Karen has been amazing with helping to set up farms around the listing and both have been extremely communicative throughout the escrow process. They are now my go-to Title company reps!

Debbie is a professional that surpassed my expectations! This was a Probate transaction, of which I have no past experience! Debbie made it all come together so smoothly! She just got everything done, and kept everyone in the loop the entire time. She answers her phone, which is unheard of, and returns email correspondence immediately.
She is a hardworking, brilliantly intelligent, kind person, who knows how to get through a complicated escrow without drama.
I have been a Realtor for 20 years, and rarely have an escrow so easy. I truly appreciate Debbie and her Team!

Debra Bell is awesome to work with. Haley who is working with her also did a great job. Debra returns calls right away, responds to emails and always does her best to meet deadlines and go out of her way to accommodate customers. I would recommend having her as an escrow officer to anyone.

Whew!!! This one got crazy at the end and whoever is in charge of things at CTT needs to know.. both Deb and Elizabeth were absolute professionals and all-stars. My seller was TENSE and wound up... related to other life events in my opinion. But, that caused her to get more and more tense as the transaction went on- ya, fun for us! As we neared a close, she started getting unreasonable, yelling at anyone nearby, and hanging up the phone to make her point. First- Deb and the team did their tasks perfectly. They expertly got the transaction to the end and got it closed- so good! Second, they were so patient and professional. With each phone call and email, they were calm, measured, and clear. Now, my seller has her money and all is well. Thanks so much to the team- you ladies are the best:):)

I'd like to recognize the whole team at CTC in EDH. That includes Deb, Elizabeth, and Jenn. Not to mention the Office Manager, Petunia. The whole team makes it work... and make it work, THEY DO! Deb is my main officer, but the whole office pitches in- sets up signings, orders docs, grabs toys toys for fetch... Thank you so much for making life easy and enjoyable for both me and my clients :)

This was a hard escrow, because the lender was unknown to all of us.... and turned out to be a pain! As usual, Debbie, Elizabeth, Jenn, and Petunia were so patient all the way to the very end and getting it closed. Debbie and Petunia spoke to the lender several times to get their weird details clarified and this was key. Thank you to the team and I can't wait for the next one-- keep up the great work!

Debra Bell was terrific! She was very communicative and organized throughout a lengthy escrow. When that sale fell through, she gave 150% effort to close a new sale in 4.5 business days. That escrow included a Sunnova lease transfer so that was no easy feat. Bravo!! And thank you!!

This transaction was a pain on my side and the team at CTT was awesome, as usual! With the market changing, it was HARD to sell this darn house... but I'm convinced that Petunia made it happen behind the scenes honestly. You never know what's going on between those giants ears of hers. But.... always ideas to help her clients. Also Debbie, Toni, Elizabeth and the other nice ladies do a good job of helping Petunia. Petunia even lets them send out emails sometimes that are actually in their own names-- that's a good leader... giving credit to the support staff. Always many thanks to the team at CTT on a difficult transaction that closed out just fine in the end:):)

So many thanks to Debbie for a great, and smoooooth, escrow. She does a fantastic job of communicating quickly and knocking things out along the way with no problem. I do suspect that Petunia does most of the work though. She has a cute little Frenchie front, but I have a feeling that when I walk out the door, she starts ordering payoffs and calculating tax rates. She is basically the Daniel Son to Debbie's Mr. Miyagi. I guess what I'm saying is that the two of them make a great team and somehow together.... they get escrows done perfectly! Thanks Debbie and Petunia:)
