I highly recommend Colleen Bolles and her team. They are so quick to respond to my emails every time. They were also quick from the start of the transaction and when loan docs came early, we closed 3 days ahead of schedule. In comparison to First American, loan docs that come in early, I feel the escrow officer prefers to stick with the original closing date. Experienced this with two different branches with First American. Very disappointing!
