I have over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry both in Escrow and as a licensed Broker. I am highly skilled in closing residential real estate transactions not limited to but including traditional resale, REO, short sales, 1031 exchanges, investment properties, new construction and development.

Those that know me personally would describe me as bright, hardworking and proactive, with a positive attitude and great energy. I truly love what I do. I recently purchased the property in Portland, Oregon and Libby took care of things at the title office. It went very smoothly. When my husband I sold our house Libby is the one that helped out with the all the paper work we had to fill out. There was a lot of paperwork and she was very knowledgeable of what had to be done.
