I have over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry both in Escrow and as a licensed Broker. I am highly skilled in closing residential real estate transactions not limited to but including traditional resale, REO, short sales, 1031 exchanges, investment properties, new construction and development.

Libby was incredibly quick to respond to questions client and I had throughout the process and very clear with client to inform them on what escrow does and what each piece of paperwork meant.
