I have been working in the title industry since 1998. With a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping others, escrow is the perfect fit for me. There is no better feeling than playing a role in my clients' embarking on new adventures and assisting them through one of the most expensive and personal investments they may ever make.

The market is ever-changing, and because of that, I believe communication is by far the most critical part of my business. We can move mountains if we work together! Agents and lenders I serve know they can count on me as a strong business partner who understands that teamwork and exceptional service lead to referrals and professional growth.

Having spent all but nine months of my life in Oregon, I'm pretty much a native web footer. I have two crazy dogs…and a cool cat who thinks he's a dog. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family, working on house projects, and being a Nana to two rays of sunshine, which is the best job in the world.

There were complications associated with the sale of our house, but the closing was so easy - all paperwork and calculation and distribution of funds was done quickly, correctly and respectfully. Closing day itself was a breeze, and I appreciated that it was scheduled in a location convenient to me and others involved in the sale.

Tonya was very responsive to questions and requests throughout the entire process, and remained so after her role was finished. A day or two after the closing I emailed a question to her, which in fact was unrelated to her role in the transaction. Nevertheless she responded with a phone call within the hour and provided a thorough answer.

I worked with Tonya on a house sale that was fairly unusual. I was selling another person's home with that person's power of attorney. I found Tonya very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through a process that was unfamiliar to me. Tonya Weaver is the primary escrow officer I work with, but during this transaction Heather Bojanowski was super helpful when we were trying to get answers and clarity on what the obstacles/challenges were, when Tonya Weaver was out of the office. Both will intervene and try and get everyone on the same page if there seems to be a breakdown in communication somewhere, which I appreciate.
