Libby did a wonderful job related to the sale of our home. We moved out of the country prior to the sale of our house and had pretty unreliable internet and cell service during the time we were completing the sale. Libby was extremely helpful during the entire process, providing all necessary documents timely and was very responsive in being able to connect via phone when we had cell service. She was also friendly and easy to work with and helped solve some issues we had with signing (since we were not available to do this in person).
