I had a lien on my property even though the loan was paid off long time ago. The original bank is no longer exists. Melissa did researches and worked with Chase to have the lien released. This was a very difficult process since the original bank was acquired by another bank and then eventually acquired by Chase and the worst part is the loan so old that it was wiped out from the system.
