Patty Quinlan was able to complete my cash escrow in a week, which included a weekend and a holiday! She was on top of everything and made sure everyone was scheduled for signings quickly. It was not a particularly difficult escrow, but with that short timeframe, it would have been easy to miss something. Also, a shout out to Maureen Sarmenta who assisted Patty!
