What started out as what should have been a simple Refinance, turned into a personal grude against me by an Agency. They were doing wrong and forcing/threatening not to allow my simple refinance to move forwards. Dione, this is wheer you shined. As a Disabled Vet, I fought for this country and I was going to fight this all the way. Howvere, being old and standing alone, it wore me out and I was about ready to throw in the towel. You made this happen for me. When I was down and out, you picked me up and carried this fight, the fight against bureaucracy. I"m not used to having people fight for me and it meant alot to me, my wife, my family and my children. If you didn't care, we probably would have just cancelled escrow. We started to think about ways, or how to communicate and get through this bureaucracy. Your commuincation and tenacity I have to say, is the only true reason, we were able to Refinance our loan.

You showed us not only did you feel that someone had some sort of personal grudge against me, but you were not going to let that stand in the way of doing what is right, and getting our Refinance completed. You did what it took, which I feel many Escrow Officers wouldn't have taken those extra steps. They would have just simply told me get it handled and try again.
