Ria is the BEST escrow officer. Period. She is willing to go the extra mile to provide extraordinary service to both Sellers and Buyers. I had the pleasure of doing many transactions with Ria as the escrow officer. Some of the transactions were complicated and Ria solved the problem quickly and efficiently. For example, a seller has a title that needs a signature from the previous owners from 20 years ago, Ria got in touch with the previous owners and got the signatures in place so that the title is clear before the property hits the market. There are many other examples where Ria works hard to serve her clients. Let's just say that I trust her when it came to my personal real estate transaction, she was my escrow officer for selling and buying of my personal properties. It's the proof about her professionalism, work ethic, and expertise! I recommend her to all my realtors community.
