My escrow team was (as usual) Denise Danberg & Lavette Cozzitorto. We hit a bit of a slow down when some issues arose with the Chicago Title systems. It may have slowed us down a bit getting documents out, but it did not disrupt our close date. Denise & Lavette worked diligently to schedule signings and deliver documents quickly. My clients had only praise for the team. I've had three transactions with them this month. I wouldn't go anywhere else when it's my choice for an escrow company. Awesome & professional group of people.
