My oh my was I impressed with Stephanie! I am convinced she has a herd of fast typing cats sitting in her office responding to emails because there is no other way to explain the way she keeps all parties updated so efficiently. Communication was excellent and response and turnaround times were nearly instant. Stephanie was proactive and always one step ahead of me anticipating what I would ask for and getting it to me before I had to ask. The terms of our transaction changed many times, one of which was on the morning the transaction was to record. Stephanie was on top of everything communicating with the lender and agents and had us on record before lunch! She was kind, knowledgeable, professional, and even took the time to respond afterhours and on holidays. I was thoroughly impressed with Stephanie. One of the best escrows I can recall!

Wow, the entire team did a great job! Our transaction had many surprises, some of which popped up at the eleventh hour. As each obstacle came up, the knowledge of the veteran team beamed through and helped us navigate the turbulent waters.
