The communication wasn't over done either; with all the important steps being announced and none that were pointless. She was also very quick with responses. It was above and beyond what would have been acceptable.

Tricia was awesome and earned and exemplary rating in all aspects of the handling of my closing. Although my closing, at no fault to Tricia, ran into complications, Tricia was available on a late Thursday evening well past 9 PM to take care of the last minute fixes that arose due to the buyers lender failure to keep up with their end of the deal. I cannot emphasize more the professionalism and caring displayed in Tricia's attention to duty and dedication to her seller's needs !
