Joanne Stellini is always so fabulous to work with. We try to always open pre-sales and keep them with her because she is so easy to get in touch with. Emails are answered right away (and if she can't her assistant VJ Jurs does). She keeps us updated through out the escrow and keeps all parties informed. Never disappointed!

Joanne Stellini was wonderful. Her communication was excellent. We had a few challenges with the lender and Joanne was on it. I would love to do business with her again. I hope I do in the future. The transaction went very smoothly and Karen was also wonderful.

Joanne Stellini is truly amazing. She is always there for questions or if not available at the moment calls or emails right back. We have had some difficult agents on the buyers side and she always calms them down and keeps us informed. Joanne is so good that she has even called us on the weekend when there are sticky situations. We feel like Joanne is family and would highly recommend her.

Joanne Stellini is always a pleasure to work with. From beginning to end she keeps me as well as our Transaction Coordinator to agent on the other side informed. She always gets back to us in a timely manner and has no problem contacting the clients with the information they are requesting. This escrow was a divorce and the sellers were not talking to each other, Joanne got everything handled and everyone was happy.

Joanne Stellini was awesome. She is easy to get in touch with and responds to calls and emails quickly. I never had to call her to ask the status of the escrow, she would call or email me so I was always informedl My client loved her - she had to set up a notary for Morrow Bay and followed up with the notary, excellent service.

Joanne Stellini was awesome. She gets back to you immediately and kept me informed if the buyers agent had questions (just to keep me in the loop). This escrow had a two trustees and she had to schedule two different signings and made it all happen in a timely fashion.
