Joanne Stellini is our Escrow Officer and she and her co-workers are amazing. Joanne actually takes calls after normal hours and in the case of our last escrow she took calls. We had an agent who we weren't sure was going to put his EMD in and Joanne made sure to keep on top of it. He never did and we immediately went into contact again and it was a 7 day close. There were no glitches and closed perfectly. Joanne is amazing.
