I have had many experiences in the past when my buyers went along with the preferred title/escrow company of the listing agent. I felt like I was an outsider in the transaction. Communication was so minimal. I have to do follow up emails/calls when they should have initiated them in the first place. So frustrating. But,I never felt all these with Gina Rose's team. They were always on top of every situation.
