Jamie is the backbone to Chicago Title. I don't think I've ever called Jamie and he doesn't pick up. If he doesn't, I get a call back within minutes and he is there to solve any challenge we have. Customer service is so important in this industry and when sending our business to Chicago Title I am confident with the support of Jamie our clients get the best experience. Over 100 of our transactions last year went to Chicago Title and Jamie is a big part why they are headed that way and will continue to do so.
