It's not too often that you need your title rep through the day to day process of your transactions, but when you do, when something comes up that needs immediate attention, Patti has ALWAYS been there for me when it really mattered. Whether it be a title or escrow issue, she is always willing to step up and help solve the problem in any way she can. She's more than a sales rep, she's a problem solver. There are title reps out there there that are not nearly as knowledgeable as Patti is. If she does't have an answer to your question, she will find someone that does.
