Marie Hessom and her team did an amazing job with escrow on a home I just purchased. A problem came up when they discovered the seller had a second loan on the house that was not previously disclosed, the transaction was a probate sale and the agent representing was unaware of the second and subsequent lean put on the property.
Marie and her team worked diligently to get everything worked out and in the end it became a short sale with all parties agreeing.
A complicated transaction seemed very smooth with Marie and her team at the helm.
