Julie joined our Commercial and Ag. team in July of 2023 and within the first few months, helped guide several complex ag transactions through smooth and successful closings and helped to solidify Chicago Title as Southeast and Central Washington's market leader closing more than 60% of all Commercial and Ag. transactions as well as securing Chicago Title as the only title and escrow operation with a dedicated, full time commercial and ag escrow department.
