I just wanted to write a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate Jonda's exceptional job she did on my first sale. She went above and beyond to make sure my client signed docs the same day and made every accommodation she could with my lender. This deal wouldn't have closed on time without her extra effort. I just wanted to take a moment to give a big "thumbs up", "Kudos", to Jonda Stewart. The escrow I have going with her has had some challenges, not huge, but she has really shown professionalism, and gone the extra mile for me and my buyer on this one!
My buyer had to sign his loan documents, and get his funds to close, all in one day, yesterday afternoon. He was unable to wire funds, due to a long delay in getting to the person that does the wires at the bank so he had to get a Cashier's Check.
Jonda stayed until nearly 6:00 p.m., or later, yesterday, waiting to get the cashier's check from Mr. Shehata, as well as getting the loan docs he had signed all ready and sent back to the lender!
I have always had good results with Chicago Title, and this experience just reinforces that!

Absolutely love working with Cindy and Jonda! I had a question regarding a property that was similar to a probate so I called a few Escrow officers that could not answer my question nor seemed very interested in helping me with.
