I love working for Kathy! She makes me feel like a valued member of the team and listens to my ideas with a thoughtful ear. Some of the words that come to mind when I think of her are: calm, professional, conscientious, ethical, consistent and happy. These are all good traits to have in a leader, and I am so fortunate to have her as my manager.
