I am a Realtor and I was selling my house and buying another with a simultaneous closing date which is often tricky with very tight deadlines, not to mention it was the week imbetween Christmas and New Years. There is no one I trusted more to get the job done than Kim Catello and her team and she did not let me down. Everything went perfectly smooth on closing day. She even went above and beyond to send Misty out to my house to sign all the paperwork as my husband was challenged to go outside of the house during these times. This really meant a lot to me and shows they are not just great at closing on time but also provide high end customer service.
