I use Kim Catello and her team when ever possible. They always are very helpful & make difficult situations much easier. My file is always released quickly to make it easier for me to be paid quickly. I would use them for every transaction I have if it was possible. Misty Tiffany is always available to me when i need her too. They are much appreciated! I could not have asked for a better team of professionals.

Kim and the team at Chicago Title did a wonderful job for my client! The assistant and attention they received for the purchase of their first home was amazing. Even with the complications of a few issues that would normally delay a closing, everyone was able to work together and get my clients in their new home on time. Very professional team! My client are happy and I would recommend this escrow company in the future.
